There’s something sacred about starting your day with a ritual that makes you feel energized, radiant, and connected to your body. For me, that ritual is a pre-workout latte—but not just any latte. This one is intentionally crafted to nourish your nervous system, support hormone balance, and give your body clean, sustained energy that lasts through your entire workout (and beyond).

Introducing: the Beetroot Matcha Iced Latte. She’s bright, earthy, creamy, and subtly sweet. But what really makes her magic is what’s going on inside the cup.

Why I Created This Latte

I used to rely on coffee to get me going before a workout, but it always came with a cost: jitters, anxiety, and an inevitable crash. I needed something that worked with my body, not against it. Something that gave me energy, stamina, and focus—without spiking my cortisol or leaving me dehydrated.

That’s when I started playing with ceremonial grade matcha and beetroot powder, two powerhouse ingredients that turned out to be the perfect pre-workout pairing. Over time, I started layering in other supportive ingredients like MCT oil, cinnamon, and sea salt to make this latte not just functional, but delicious too.

Now, it’s part of my daily ritual—and the difference I feel in my workouts (and mood) is unreal.
